Deze nieuwe manier van roosters was een flinke omslag voor de medewerkers. Om 8-uursdiensten te kunnen maken, betekende dat sommige woonlocaties aan werklocaties werden verbonden en omgekeerd. Medewerkers van de dagbesteding starten dan op de groep en nemen de cli\u00ebnten mee naar het werk. Medewerkers die gewend waren op de woongroepen actief te zijn, draaien ook uren op dagbesteding. De medewerkers hebben een enorme inzet getoond om hiervan een succes te maken. Tegelijkertijd waren er ook medewerkers die zich niet comfortabel voelden en zijn vertrokken. Aan het einde van 2023 zien we dat het steeds meer medewerkers rust, stabiliteit en zekerheid biedt, maar nog niet iedereen. Daarnaast zagen we dat (financi\u00eble) ontwikkelingen in de zorg ook onrust opleverden bij medewerkers, zoals het aanscherpen van de urenkaders en de inzet van ZZP\u2019ers.<\/p>\n<p>Frion heeft expliciete aandacht voor haar medewerkers; we zijn met onze medewerkers in gesprek waarbij we het onder meer hebben over werkplezier, gezondheid en over inzetbaarheid passend bij de levensfase van de medewerker. Daarbij kijken we naar het potentieel van mensen: mogelijkheden in persoonlijke ontwikkeling, het benutten van talenten en de inzet van zorgtechnologie.<\/p>\n<p>We zijn ons ervan bewust dat het komende jaar naar verwachting meer dan de helft van de medewerkers die nieuw binnenkomen een leervraag heeft. We zetten daarom in op nieuwe vormen van leren en leggen de nadruk op samen leren en het delen van kennis. Vanuit de strategische samenwerking met verschillende onderwijsinstellingen wordt er verder invulling gegeven aan het leertraject \u2018Switchen naar de zorg&#8217;. Omdat opleiden het nieuwe werven is, zal er ook meer focus zijn op het opleiden van nieuwe medewerkers in reguliere BBL-trajecten.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=&#8221;2_5&#8243;
