Vanuit het opleidingsplan stimuleren we dit. Om goede zorg te kunnen bieden, willen we dat de medewerkers goede zorgverleners zijn, die veiligheid bieden en warmte geven vanuit een sterke professionele houding. Door te faciliteren in feedbackmomenten krijgen we inzicht in onze balans en de sterke en zwakkere punten van onszelf (persoonlijk leiderschap) en het team waarin we werken.<\/p>\n<p>Elkaar ontmoeten, in gesprek zijn met elkaar, met elkaar delen en aandacht voor elkaar zijn hierin belangrijk. Het intensiveert samenwerking en contacten. Dit doen we op meerdere manieren zoals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Intervisie binnen teams en over teams heen.<\/li>\n<li>Leercaf\u00e9s om met elkaar in gesprek te zijn over thema\u2019s, zoals omgaan met sociale media bij LVB\/MVB-cli\u00ebnten, stervensbegeleiding, bemoeizorg en trauma&#8217;s bij cli\u00ebnten.<\/li>\n<li>Frion colleges: inspirerende inhoudelijke colleges over persoonlijk leiderschap, ethiek en innovatie in de zorg. Daar ontmoeten niet alleen medewerkers elkaar, maar worden ook verwanten, studenten en andere ge\u00efnteresseerden uitgenodigd.<\/li>\n<li>Het organiseren van LOC-verdiepingsdagen.<\/li>\n<li>Moreel beraad om met elkaar in gesprek te gaan over de dingen \u2018waarvan je een knoop in je buik hebt\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Samenwerken met scholen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/frion-kwaliteitsbeeld.nl\/2023\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/bankje.svg&#8221;
