Frion zag dat met name in het eerste half jaar van 2023 best veel nieuwkomers de organisatie weer verlaten. Dat was de reden het onboardingstraject onder de loep te nemen en met input van medewerkers te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p>We willen ons profileren als een aantrekkelijke werkgever waar het fijn werken is. Dat doen we onder andere door nieuwe medewerkers te laten zien wie we zijn en wat we te bieden hebben. In de tweede helft van 2023 is het nieuwe onboardingsprogramma van start gegaan. Hiermee zorgen we dat medewerkers een stevige basis hebben voor zij starten met het werken en zich daarin gesteund voelen door de organisatie. In het nieuwe onboardingsprogramma krijgen medewerkers informatie over de visie op zorg en bijbehorende methodieken. Er is ruimte om elkaar te leren kennen en elkaar te blijven vinden als zij eenmaal begonnen zijn met werken. Voorzichtig kunnen we zeggen dat de eerste cijfers wijzen op een vergelijkbare instroom en een verminderde uitstroom.
