Zo krijgen talent en levenservaring ook een plaats en is niet alleen een traditioneel curriculum een manier om in het mooie vak van de zorg aan de slag te kunnen.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023 zijn er vijf medewerkers bij Frion aangenomen vanuit het initiatief &#8216;Switchen naar de zorg\u2019. Zij nemen deel aan modulair onderwijs en werken tegelijkertijd direct in de praktijk. Op deze manier hebben we mensen aan Frion kunnen binden die anders waarschijnlijk niet de overstap naar de zorg hadden gemaakt. Hoewel de andere benadering van bekwaamheid en inzetbaarheid soms nog wennen is, wordt deze nieuwe manier steeds meer ge\u00efntegreerd en gewaardeerd.
