Hoewel we in 2023 het laagste verzuimcijfer van de laatste vier jaar behaalden, namelijk 8,29%, zagen we het verzuim in de laatste drie maanden van het jaar weer oplopen. Dit had met name te maken met de vele griep- en buikgriepmeldingen en een toename van het aantal corona-gevallen. Daarmee hadden we ook in 2023 te maken met een relatief hoog verzuimpercentage (in vergelijking met de branche). Het verzuim bij Frion blijft aandacht vragen.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/frion-kwaliteitsbeeld.nl\/2023\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/grafiek.jpg&#8221; title_text=&#8221;grafiek&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.25.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.24.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Naast de algehele aandacht voor fitheid in werk, is er op de locaties van de IJsselbolder gestart met een structuur waarin leidinggevenden meer nabijheid kunnen bieden. We zien nu al een positief beeld op het langdurig verzuim bij teams waar meer aandacht en nabijheid is. Dit is met name terug te zien in de verzuimduur. Deze is op de locaties van de IJsselbolder in 2023 korter geworden ten opzichte van 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Door middel van het medewerkersonderzoek wordt er getoetst hoe medewerkers zelf beoordelen wat ze gelukkig maakt en welke bijdrage we daar samen aan kunnen leveren.<\/p>\n<p>In een voorzichtig doorkijkje naar 2024 kunnen we zeggen dat de voorspelbaarheid in roosters meer rust en balans geeft, maar we kunnen ook concluderen dat er in het verzuim minimale effecten zichtbaar zijn. Daarom wordt in 2024 ingestoken om meer nabijheid van duaal leiderschap om het verzuim naar beneden te krijgen. Ook zal in 2024 het gedachtegoed van Positieve Gezondheid ge\u00efntegreerd worden in de werkwijze en benadering van gezondheid, inzetbaarheid en vitaliteit.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=&#8221;https:\/\/frion-kwaliteitsbeeld.nl\/2023\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Middel-19frionmedewerkersV2.svg&#8221;
